Spring Showcase 2009

Leeward Community College

·        LCC has 2 levels – stage level and the downstairs level in which the dressing and costume rooms and dance studios are located.  The Band room is on the stage level but outside the stage area past Door 1.

·        The eating area is located on the stage level behind the stage.  Students may eat outside but chaperones or parents must be with them at all times.    Students that stay all day on Saturday at LCC please pack a lunch for them.  For dinner breaks on Saturday night, parents are to pack or bring dinner for their children.  No food allowed except in the eating room or outside.  Only water allowed in dressing rooms.  Students in the first half of the dress rehearsal program on Saturday may leave the Theatre with a parent until 6:30 PM check in time. 

·        Check in Times for students, chaperones, ushers, ticket takers & novelty sellers. (Chart below)

·        Check In and Check out Door Assignments – will have signs – Remember you must check in and out of your assigned door with Security.

·        Dressing Room Assignments – all rooms will have signs.

·        Bathrooms are in the Women’s and Men’s and dressing rooms.

·        Dole Ballet II A, B & B III & IV at Saturday night’s performance during Intermission may go into the audience to watch the 2^nd half of the show with their chaperones.  All dance bags are to be left in their dressing room and collected after the show.  Parents must sign them out with security at the Back Stage Door 1 after the show.

·        Please Note: Wahiawa, IPA & ARA students check in at the Band Room.  You will be moving to the theatre dressing rooms once the 2:00 PM performance students vacate the dressing rooms.

·        Please leave all valuables at home.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
